Are we traveling with the same group of people?

No, you are not going to be traveling with the same group of people through the entire program. The only time you are going to be part of a group is only daily tours (if you have chosen regular local tours) and you will always have different guides in different locations. This will give you an opportunity to meet different people through your trip.

What does Flexible Package mean?

They are all sample programs! You can either book them as they are or request to customize according to your needs and expectations.

How do you organize all transports and tours at that much different locations?

We have branch offices and sister companies based in every location and all work coordinated. They will know at what time and by which transport you will be arriving in each location and be ready to meet you to transfer you to your hotel and organize your local tours. Everyone receives your itinerary.

What does regular and private tour mean?

Regular local tours run in each location everyday and each tour will have up to 18 people (in Turkey only). There will be visits to local shops (carpet, ceramic, pottery, leather etc) during regular group tours. Private tour means there will no no other passenger but only your party.

What are the departure dates of your packages?

There is none (unless otherwise stated)! You can pick up your own dates and we will revise the program that you will choose accordingly.

Can we choose our own hotels?

Yes you can! Please let your agent know which hotels you wish to book.

Is there a discount for children?

Yes there is! Please ask your agent to provide you with the discounted rates. Rates are based on age.

I am a solo traveler. Do I share rooms with others?

We do not provide shared accommodation for single travelers. There will be a single supplement fee as you will be accommodated in a single room.

How do we get a visa for Turkey & Greece?

Greece do not require visa for European Union members, Australia, New Zealand, U.S. and Canadian Citizens - http://www.mfa.gr/en/visas/visas-for-foreigners-traveling-to-greece/. For Turkey, Visa can be purchased online at https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/.

How do I pay for our tour?

Once you are ready to book your package, please ask your agent to send you the booking process which takes only a minute.

Do we pay the full amount?

We require %50 of the total amount of your package tour in order to complete your booking.

Do you provide travel insurance?

Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance before arrival for health and/or baggage loss while traveling.
